John Hansen (Jodah) is a freelance writer and poet currently living with his wife Kathleen and their numerous animal family in a rural area in The South Burnett region of Queensland, Australia. John always attempts to include a message or lesson in his original writing whether it be poetry, short fiction or essay/article. He has a Certificate in Permaculture Design and is passionate about living with nature and saving our environment.

John has won a number of awards for his poetry including "Hub Pages Best Poet 2014" and has co-authored two children's picture books (one poetry and one prose) with more in the pipeline.
